Four steps. You approve every one.

We talk

You get a price

A fixed number, in writing, before anything is built. It does not change unless you ask for something different.

I build it

Your words, your photos, your colours, hand-written code. You see the real site, not a stock mockup.

It goes live

Why not a builder

A template can be finished in an afternoon. So can the reasons to leave it.

Wix, Squarespace and GoDaddy get you online quickly, and for some businesses that is genuinely enough. What they do not get you is a site that loads fast on a phone on bad signal, reads correctly to a screen reader, or says anything a hundred other businesses are not already saying.

If you are already on one and it is not doing its job, that is a rebuild, and there is a whole page about it: DIY website upgrades.

Sean took what was in my head and put it on a screen in under a week. He answered every question in plain English, and the price never moved.

Before you ask

The questions people actually send.

How much does a small business website cost?

$250 for a single landing page. Websites are $40/hour for the hours the job takes — about $350 for one page, about $800 for five, and the estimator on the services page adds it up for you. The care plan is $79/month and optional. You get a fixed quote before any work begins, and it does not move afterwards.

How long does it take?

Most starter sites go live within a week of me receiving your content. Multi-page builds usually take one to two weeks. Tell me your deadline and I will be straight with you about whether it is doable.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes. You get the source code and the domain stays in your name. If you ever want to move it or hand it to someone else, nothing is locked to me.

What do you need from me to start?

What you do, who you do it for, and any photos you already have. If you do not have copy written, that is normal — I draft it and you correct it.

Do you work with businesses outside Minnesota?

Yes. I am in Brainerd and a lot of my work is Minnesota, but the whole process runs over email and video calls, so where you are does not change the price or the timeline.

Tell me what you do. I will tell you what it costs.

No call required to get a number. Send a couple of sentences about your business and I will reply within 24 hours with honest advice and a fixed price — whether or not you end up hiring me.
