What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms cover your use of this website and the free tools on it. They are not the terms of any paid work. If you hire SwansonX, the scope, price, timescale, ownership and payment terms of that project are set out in the written quote and agreement you receive, and that document governs the work. Where this page and a signed quote disagree, the quote wins.
Quotes and prices
Prices shown on this site indicate what work typically costs. They are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer, and nothing on this website forms a contract. A quote becomes binding only when it is issued in writing for your specific project and accepted by both sides.
The free SEO audit
The audit is an automated tool, provided free and as is. It reports what it can measure at the moment it runs. It is not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic or revenue, it is not professional advice, and no one should make an expensive decision on the strength of a score alone. Search engines change their behaviour constantly and no one controls how they rank a page.
Please only run it against websites you own or are authorised to check. The service may be rate-limited, changed or withdrawn at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to send spam or bulk enquiries through the contact form, to attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, or to interfere with the site's operation for other people. The contact form is rate-limited and abuse of it will simply be blocked.
Content and ownership
The text, design, code and images on this website belong to SwansonX LLC unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or republished as your own. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine and welcome.
Work shown in the portfolio is labelled as either a live product or a concept build. Concept pieces are self-directed demonstrations for fictional businesses and are described as such wherever they appear; they are not claimed as client work.
Links to other sites
This site links to services and pages run by other people. Those links are not an endorsement and we are not responsible for what is on the other end of them.
Availability
This site is run by one person. It is not guaranteed to be available at all times, and it may be taken down, changed or rebuilt without notice.
