1 · The quote

A fixed price, in writing, before anything starts.

Your quote is in the panel: every line, the total, and what the deposit is. You accept it by typing your name. The price doesn't move unless you ask for something new.

2 · The deposit

Pay the way you'd rather.

Half up front to book, half on launch. The deposit invoice is waiting the moment you accept. Pay it by card in the panel, or by check if you'd rather. Either way it's marked paid and kept.

3 · The build

You can see where it is without asking.

Booking, design, build, your review, launched. When I need a yes from you, it's a button with the thing to look at beside it, not a thread of emails.

4 · Launch

Live, then 30 days of free tweaks.

When it goes live the second half is invoiced once, and the 30 days start counting. Ask for the tweaks in the panel and you can watch them get done.

5 · After

Looked after, or not. Your call.

If you want me keeping it running, Site Care at $49/month or the Partner Plan at $300/month starts in the panel. You can cancel it there too, any month. The site keeps working and it's still yours.

After launch

Still the one place.

The panel doesn't go away when the build is done. It's where the rest of it lives.

Change the words and photos yourself, or ask me to. Write blog posts. See how many people visit and whether the site is up.

Support

Ask for anything and the whole conversation stays in one thread, with the time I spent on it.

Partner Plan work

Send the week's photos, approve the social post before it goes out, and read each monthly note.

Do I have to use it?

No. Email me and I'll do it, the same as always. The panel is there so you never have to ask where things stand, not so you have to learn a system.

Does it cost anything?

No. It comes with your project. There's no per-seat charge and nothing to install; it runs in your browser and on your phone.

Can I look around before I hire you?

Yes. The demo opens a sample business with one click, no sign-up. It's the real panel with made-up data, and nothing you click there changes anything.
