Branding software I built for my own client work. Describe a business and a Claude-driven designer proposes directions, picks the right image model for each one, then generates and critiques its way to a master logo. One click builds the whole kit. It runs on my machine, on my own keys.
A desktop and downloads auto-organizer. It sorts by how recently you touched things, keeps an undo journal for every move it makes, and searches by name instantly. Runs in the tray and starts with Windows.
A Discord bot running live in a real community. 16 commands and 12 features, talking to a game server over a single outbound WebSocket, covered by 194 tests.
Internal monitoring for every site I run. Three scheduled jobs check speed, accessibility and SEO overnight, then put the results on a dashboard built to be read across a room. The audit loop runs one site at a time on purpose, because PageSpeed allows 100 requests per 100 seconds.
A desktop IDE for building and publishing websites, with a Claude Agent SDK panel wired in. Describe a change and watch it land. Then publish to Vercel and attach a domain, without leaving the app.
A 3D editor for custom game items. Model one here, or import one you made in Blockbench. Then export it in the exact shape the game needs. It can generate the texture with AI too.
A hardcore survival server built from nothing. 49 Java modules covering death, seasons, leaderboards, an economy, NPCs, land claims and staff tools. Around 2,000 automated checks sit behind them.
More than thirty Minecraft server plugins built to run together. Economy, land claims, pets, ranks, permissions, chat, crates, teams and minigames. One shared core library, one command system, one permission model.
Converts Java Edition resource packs to Bedrock. The model geometry transform is checked byte for byte across all 1,774 elements in the test corpus.
A one-page home base for a comic book seller who runs live auctions on Whatnot, where a profile page barely registers in Google. The page owns the shop's name in search. It wears a custom wolf logo with an animated sting, and sends every visitor to one button. Hand-written HTML, shipped September 2026.
An honest second opinion for owners who are not sure the site they paid for is any good. Hand over the address, get a plain-language report on what works and what does not, then fixed-price repairs or a rebuild. Stripe checkout and subscriptions on a Convex backend.
White-label SEO auditing for freelancers and small studios. Run a branded audit for any prospect, then put the same audit on your own site so visitors run it themselves and the lead lands in your inbox. Findings are ranked by what they cost the business, not filed by category.
A second site of my own, built to be found by one town rather than by everybody. Six static pages, its own design, one fixed price written on the page, and a contact form that reaches my inbox instead of a spam folder. Live on its own domain, and too new for me to quote results yet.
A marketplace where each hand-built website design is sold once, at one fixed price shown on the design. An optional care plan that never touches who owns it. Next.js, Convex and Stripe, plus a dashboard the buyer uses to edit the site afterwards.
A third site of my own, for resort and seasonal businesses around the Brainerd lakes. Five pages built on one fact: these businesses earn in five months and get booked in the other seven. It shares no design at all with the other two.
The store for the plugins I write. One membership covers every plugin, so access is a date range rather than a per-product flag. Anything released while you are a member stays yours. Stripe subscriptions, license keys and gated downloads.
A critique room for unfinished design work. Members post the rough version and ask one specific question. Answers come from people who do this for a living. Mentors keep their listing in the public directory only while they keep giving critique.
An AI song-generation web app. Write a prompt, get back a finished track with its own artwork. Next.js front to back, live on its own domain.
The public face of that server, live at hcmc.fun. What the game is, how the death loop works, how to join from Java or Bedrock, and a player count read from the server itself.
A live player counter built for another Minecraft community, who wanted it on a phone and as a desktop wallpaper at once. One static page, no build step and no backend. It reads two public status APIs from the browser and falls back between them.
My own resume and portfolio, on its own domain. One long page with a clear hire-me path, built to load instantly on a phone. It is the same brief I get from consultants, photographers and tradespeople who need one good page.
This site. Custom software as the headline, fixed prices on the page, and a local SEO build. Astro, static output, and one file that every price comes from.
A lakeside resort concept with full-screen photos, three different stays, and a date planner that helps guests find the right cabin. Custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
A marketing site for an invented Charlotte pressure washing company, built the way a real trade business would need it. Eighteen static pages covering every service and every service area. A filterable photo gallery, drag-to-compare sliders, and a three-step quote request. The photos are real. The company is not.
Twenty-one pages for an invented Edinburgh yoga studio, built around one job I could measure: get a stranger booked into their first class. The booking flow carries intent from anywhere on the site. A five-page back office shows what would run it. It ships as static HTML with nothing to load at runtime.
Six pages for an invented family winery in Alexander Valley. The collection, the estate, opening hours, a journal and a booking form. No framework at all. Every page reads with JavaScript switched off, the bottles are drawn rather than photographed, and the audit finds no accessibility issues on any of the seven pages.
A concept site for a made-up design studio, built as a pure front-end craft piece. Preloader, trailing cursor, masked line reveals, sticky stacking cards, a manifesto that lights as you scroll, and a count-up timeline. No framework, nothing loaded at runtime, about 15 kB gzipped.
