OrePlugins
A storefront for the Minecraft plugins I write. One membership covers every plugin and every update, and anything released while you are a member stays yours if you cancel.

The problem
Plugin marketplaces sell one plugin at a time. A lot of what is on them was abandoned two game versions ago.
So a server owner buys six things from six people. Each one has its own update schedule. Then the game updates, and that is when they find out which ones are dead.
What I built
A store where one membership covers the whole catalog. License keys and gated downloads sit behind it.
The pitch is deliberately narrow. Plugins built by one developer, who runs the servers they were written for, on a current game version, and finished rather than in progress.
The decision that mattered
One membership for everything means access is a date range, not a yes or no. Can you download this build? That is a question about when the build came out, measured against when you were a member.
Get it wrong and it fails in one of two costly ways. Too loose, and the whole catalog walks out the door on a one-month membership. Too strict, and you take back things people already paid for. A community remembers that.
Where it stands
Live on its own domain, with checkout open.
Behind it is a real server running fifteen of the plugins. That matters more than it sounds. The store is not selling software that nobody actually runs.
