Website and software support plan
This is the whole lot: your website, your software, and me as your developer. You cancelled the subscriptions and the support that came with them was real, so this replaces it. You own the software. The monthly fee pays for me keeping it working, changing it when your business changes, and being the person you email when something breaks.
When something breaks you get an answer usually within a couple of hours. Not a ticket number. It runs from my phone, so being away from a desk is not a delay.
What's included
- Hosting, domain and SSL management, backups and monitoring
- Your software and website kept working and up to date
- Automated emails running, and checked that they still are
- 1 social post a week, from your photos
- Up to 3 hours of changes a month, plus free edits under ten minutes
- A monthly note: what came in, what I changed, what I'd do next
- When something breaks, an answer usually within a couple of hours
It all happens in your client panel: send the week's photos, approve the post before it goes out, and read each monthly note. Or just email me.
What isn't
- Ad management
- Video production
- Texting and SMS
- Your phone service itself — I build on top of it, I don't replace it
- Accounting, payroll or card processing
Third-party costs are billed at cost, shown to you. Extra work is quoted before I start.
You are not locked in.

And what sits in my accounts
Saying this plainly is what makes the list above worth anything.
- The source code lives in a private GitHub repo under my account. The full source is yours on request, any time, no reason needed.
- Your database and hosting sit in my accounts while you're on a monthly plan, and move to you on request or when you cancel. Every client gets a separate database project — nothing is shared.
- I never hold a password of yours. Access is delegated: a Stripe team member, DNS access, a Google Business Profile manager.
