Most of Minnesota isn't the lakes area.
Custom web design & development in Minnesota
I'm in Brainerd, and most of the businesses I work with aren't. The work runs over email and video calls, so where you are changes nothing about the price, the timeline or what you end up owning. Websites from $1,495, fixed in writing.
- Same price statewide
- You own the code and domain
- I reply within 24 hours.
What being three hours away actually changes.
Almost nothing, and it's worth being specific about why rather than just asserting it.
The price is the same wherever you are
There's no travel cost built into it, because there's no travel. A business in Duluth or Rochester pays exactly what a business ten minutes from me pays.
It runs on your schedule, not a meeting calendar
Most of this happens over email, which means you answer at nine at night if that's when you have twenty minutes. Video calls when they're genuinely useful, not as a ritual.
You can see the work the whole way through
The site goes up on a real link early and stays there. You're not waiting for a reveal — you're watching it get built and saying what's wrong while it's cheap to change.
Nothing about the handover depends on proximity
The domain is registered in your name, the code goes to you, the accounts are yours. None of that gets easier or harder by being in the same room.
What I won't claim about your town.
Plenty of agencies run a page for every city in the state with the name swapped and nothing else changed. They rank for a while and they tell the reader nothing, and you can usually spot one because it knows suspiciously little about the place it claims to serve.
So this page doesn't pretend to know your market. The pages on this site that do talk about specific towns are the ones near me, where I can say something true — what people search for there, what the businesses are up against, and why. Everywhere else in Minnesota, the honest offer is simpler: the same work, the same price, and I'll ask you about your market instead of guessing at it.
Where the specifics exist
Across the state, and outside it.
These are the places enquiries most often come from. It isn't a limit — if you're somewhere else, including outside Minnesota, that's fine too.

Out of state? Tell me where you are.
Questions about working remotely.
Do you actually work outside the lakes area?
Shouldn't I hire somebody in my own town?
Do you know my market?
What does it cost?
Who looks after it afterwards?
Tell me what you're building.
Where you are doesn't change the price or the timeline. Send me what your business does and what the site has to achieve, and I'll reply within 24 hours with a fixed number and a date.
