Is this written by AI?
No. The plan comes from a fixed set of rules, so the same answers always give the same plan and you can see why each line is there. It runs in your browser with no account and no network request.
Where do my answers go?
Nowhere, unless you choose. They stay in the page while it is open. If you tick the box to remember them, they are saved on this device only, and Start over removes them. They reach me only if you press the button that says so, and you read the message before it is sent.
Does the plan cover licenses, permits or taxes?
No, and it says so in the checklist. Those depend on your trade, your city and your county, and they are a question for those offices or an accountant, not for a website planner.
Do I have to hire you to use the plan?
No. Print it, take it to anyone, or build the site yourself from it. If you would like me to look at it, send it over. I reply within 24 hours.
